Web developer | Creative Problem Solver
I build digital experiences that combine modern design with effective functionality. My goal is to create applications that look great and work smoothly for users.
I’m an undergraduate at Heriot-Watt University Dubai pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science (AI). I’m especially interested in Artificial Intelligence, web development, and technology-driven problem solving.
I’ve completed internships at CTG and LonAdd HR, where I improved data administration and recruitment workflows through automation and strong attention to detail. Skilled in Python, Java, C, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, I’m working toward becoming a full stack developer and contributing to impactful projects at the intersection of AI, business, and technology.
Here are a few projects I’ve built across different languages and problem domains, from Java applications and C-based image processing to interactive web apps made with JavaScript and React. Each one helped me practice clean structure, debugging, and building features that solve a clear, real use-case.
A Java application that stores and manages truck box records using arrays, user input, and clear conditional logic. It focuses on organizing logistics data efficiently, validating entries, and keeping the workflow simple for the user through structured menus and readable outputs.
An interactive Hangman game built in Java using Swing for the interface. It includes word-guessing mechanics, visual feedback for correct/incorrect guesses, and a limited attempts system that makes the gameplay feel clear, responsive, and easy to follow from start to finish.
A C-based image processor that reads custom HP8 format files and applies effects like median filtering and noise transformations. It also generates histograms, with a strong focus on memory safety, efficient loops, and clear function design for maintainable low-level code.
Currently a web developer full time at The Student Dorm, working on building and maintaining web applications to enhance user experience and streamline operations.
As a Frontend Developer at The Student Dorm, I built and maintained responsive web applications while optimizing site performance. I focused on implementing technical solutions, resolving frontend bugs, and executing code updates based on feedback to streamline operations and enhance the user experience.
Organized high volumes of customer documents using clear naming conventions and folder structures. Corrected inconsistencies to keep client records accurate and up to date. Used Microsoft Excel to automate repetitive tasks and streamline daily workflows.
Sorted and categorized candidate CVs to speed up shortlisting. Maintained a digital filing system to improve recruiter access to profiles. Ensured accurate, consistent records while handling high-volume applicant data. Supported day-to-day recruitment workflows with strong organization and attention to detail.
I'm always open to discussing new projects and opportunities.
Feel free to reach out for collaborations or just a friendly hello.
